Return of Goods and Warranty Policy

Return for change of mind
- You may return unused goods to ABMMA provided the goods are returned within 7 days from their delivery.
1.2 The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition which they were supplied. This includes all included accessories and packaging.
1.3 The costs of retuning the goods is your responsibility.
1.4 Goods returned in accordance with Clause 1.1 will be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be 35% of the amount agreed on the contract for the relevant goods. Only the purchase price (or any amount paid if on a payment plan) will be refunded and our refund does not include shipping or other costs. If you request a refund before our goods have left our facilities, the restocking fee will be waived.
Warranty
2.1 ABMMA is the importer and supplier of goods and provides a one-year warranty against defects. Our responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of defective goods.
2.2 Goods are also subject to a manufacturer’s warranty. ABMMA will assist you with claims under the manufacturer warranty.
2.3 To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to Clause 2.1, the warranty will not apply:
- If the goods have not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines or any instructions or specifications provided with the goods;
- If you have not taken proper care of the goods and the defect has been caused by a lack of proper care or maintenance;
- To damage or failure resulting from modifications, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, unauthorised repairs, exposure to corrosive conditions or damage by any insect or vermin; or
- For any reasonable wear and tear.
3.5 It is your responsibility to contact us to report any issue and return goods within the warranty period at your cost.
Return Process
3.1 A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is required to return goods for change of mind or under warranty. Before returning the goods, contact Customer Service [email protected] to obtain an RMA.
3.2 The goods must be returned to the following address with the RMA:

3.3 Allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. An email notification will be sent to you when the refund has been processed.
3.4 You are responsible for all shipping fees and lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number and insurance for your records.

4.1 The rights described in this policy are additional to and are not designed to limit the statutory rights you might be entitled to under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and any other applicable consumer protection laws.
4.2 You must be able to prove you purchased the goods from ABMMA for this policy to apply.
